Park Plaza
14 May 2008
We stayed in these apartments for three nights and whilst its an OK location and we thought what a great price for what the net showed as very nice apartments, what a sham...... they seemed like something out of the sixties mixed with my great grandmother’s living room…………… yes spacious but that is about all. How this is rated as 4* is beyond me, they do have a few nicer apartments but still nothing like what is featured on the net. Yes this is cheap and in an OK location but I am sure you can pay the same and get something a lot nicer.

very good
09 May 2008
The apartments were fantastic, we had a 3 bed apartment, we all had walk in wardrobes only thing we did not have was a can opener and we did not have a toaster.
We did not see any security at night either, but you could not wish for the apartments to be in a better place, it is right on plaza beach, which has the famous ocean club who have sintillate partys where all the top dj are flown, the price to sun bathe at ocean club is 60 euros for a large round bed, 40 euros for one for two people. You just sunbathe on the plaza beach the sunbeds are 14 euros it is expensive .you can go an sunbathe on levante beach for 6 euros and that is a really nice beach.
The drinks in puerto banus are expensive we asked for 2 coronas in linekers bar and it was 14 euros cheapest price for a half of beer is 5 euros .but the port itself is beautifull with all the big yachts, the designer shops are fab, weather was red hot when we went.

Park Plaza Suites - Puerto Banus
25 September 2007
Myself and seven friends have just returned from a fantastic weekend in Puerto Banus staying at the Park Plaza Suites. The location is purfect, you are never very far from anything - the beach is just a few steps away and the port and the nightlife is just a few minutes away. The apartments are so spacious, we had 2 x 2 bedroom apartments that were massive, us girls were in our element with the huge walk in wardrobes and large bathrooms. The facilities are excellent kettle, toaster, iron, even a dishwasher!!!. The only thing we couldn't find was the all important bottle opener for the wine, we got by.I would highly recommend this accomodation and we have all said we will most definately stay again when we hopefully return next year.

Park Plaza Apartments, Puerto Banus
17 September 2007
This is the third time I have stayed at the Park Plaza, the location is first class, we had apartments with a beach view which are well worth the supplement! They are absolutely huge and have everything in there you may need, like iron, kettle, toaster etc. My only criticism is that there is no air conditioning and if you leave your windows open overnight, the late night revellers returning to the apartment block late into the morning can wake you up - although the security guards try to make sure there is no riff raff hanging around the complex! I highly recommend the location of these apartments and the reception staff are always really pleasant and attentive.

Park Plaza Suites
19 July 2007
Have just arrived back from my hen weekend in Puerto Banus. We booked 4 apartments here and they couldn't have been more perfect for the weekend we were after. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom and walk in bedroom, huge balconies and a couple had a del boy type 70's bar .... location couldnt have been any better, right next to the beach and 5 minutes stroll from the action at night. If you're after a girlie weekend, you can't beat PB and the Park Plaza Suites!

Review of Park Plaza Suites
08 June 2007
I've just arrived back from my hen party and stayed at the Park Plaza. There were 7 girls in each apartment and I have to say I don't think we could have picked a better location if we had tried. It was perfect...the suites are huge, we had been told this beforehand but they still exceeded all expectations. The apartments overlook the beach and are right in the heart of Puerto Banus but there is no issue with noise etc. Everyone commented on how fab they were and it was great having so many of us together. The leather padded bar was a winner too....

Fantastic Rooms
22 May 2007
Booked a 2 bed apartment but were actually given a 3 bed when we arrived. Three double rooms, 3 walk in wardrobes and 3 full bathrooms which was excellent as we were a party of 4 girls. Location of Park Plaza is excellent, beach across the road and the port with all the shops and nightlife a few minutes walk away. Would defo stay here again as it's a great hotel all round!!

Review of 'Park Plaza Suites'
20 March 2007
There was a party of '12' of us and we stayed in 2 three bedroom apartments. Both apartments had two bedrooms with two single beds in each and the third had a king size bed with an ensuite and we also had another bathroom to share. We didn't really make much use of them but the kitchens had all the cooking facilities along with a dishwasher, there was plenty of cutlery as well. We paid for a sea view and it was well worth it as we looked right across the beach. We were about a 4 or 5 minute walk away from the port where all the nightlife was. I was very impressed with the place and for what we paid (£25 each) per night we would have got a shabby bed and breakfast in the UK. I organised the trip and was given this place on recommendation and I wasn't disappointed on the apartments or the location nor were the others in my party.

Perfect location at the end of the harbour, adjoining a beach, these apartments are huge, though somewhat light on fittings/character. Could do with some heating in February but overall, for a weekend in Puerto Banus, this location cannot be beaten. This is the second time I have stayed here and will return!

The accommodation at the Park Plaza Suites was EXCELLENT. When my friends and I entered the apartment it had the WOW factor!!! beautiful sea views, the decor and furniture beautiful even mirrored walls!! My 5 friends and I have stayed in this complex on several occasions but this year's the apartment was by the far the best, booked with Alpha Rooms. We are definitely booking again for the same Apartment with Alpha Rooms next year.

Four day break in Oct with girlfriends
11 October 2006
The 3 bed apartment was brilliant, huge and in a great location, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. if you get sea-view you won't be disappointed, the view is stunning around the bay and beaches. The beaches are lovely and clean, bit expensive for sun loungers though 12 euros a day! Harbour side is lovely and quite upmarket, but next road along is somewhat seedier. Was quite surprised to see such a contrast, but still felt safe wondering around even when we crawled out of bars at 3am!! Weather for first weekend in October was lovely, came back with a tan (hiding the lack of sleep!!

Great Aparthotel situated right in the heart of Puerto Banus. Accommodation includes lounge (8X10 meteres)separate dining room, two large bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, separate toilet, large kitchen (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc). Large balcony with fantastic sea views. There is plenty of cupboard space etc. Cleaner calls in every day to empty bins, provide fresh towls, and every second day to change sheets.
Location absolutely ideal with private beach directly opposite entrance to hotel. In the evening, literally two minute walk to centre of P Banus' restaurants, clubs, and entertainment.
If your fit, and enjoy a walk in the mornings, before the 'big heat', you can walk along the shoreline to Marbella. It should take you around 1 hour 20 minutes with stop at one of the watering-holes.
Car hire is dirt cheap and the hotel has its own underground car parking. Central Marbella is 10 minutes drive, San Pedro to the south is 5 minutes away and is worth a visit, especially if your looking for a property to invest in or rent.
We're Puerto Banus fans and will certainly be back at these suites!

My second visit to Park Plaza Suites and possibly another next year and thereafter. If you're looking to stay in a very spacious and accommodating apartment look no further. The rooms are more than adequate with loads of storage and walk in wardrobe space, although do supply your own hangers; 3 hangers between 4 girls, not quite enough for a long weekend!! Clean towels supplied and rooms cleaned. Situated in-between the beautiful, designer shops and and is a stones throw away from the hussle and bussle of the Puerto Banus beach, live music playing and large bed/sun loungers always available.
Park Plaza Suites is an ideal place for those that just want to be close to all amenities, restuarants, shops and of course the famous marina.

Very Large rooms that over look the beach, the balconys could have been better designed as you only got the sun in the early evening. The hotel is in an excellent location very close to all the pubs and restaraunts. The only down side was the hotel did not have a pool. The rooms could do with a make over but still very clean with a daily once over from the maid. We would use the hotel again for a long weekend.

We arrived at the Park Plaza on Thursday evening, the receptionist was pleasant and we were escorted to our 2 bed apartment immediately. The apartment itself was huge!!! Everywhere was clean and tidy and very pleasant. For the price we paid we were thoroughly happy with the apartment, its location and amenities. My only negative remark would be that was not a welcome pack on arrival, it would have been good to know how to use the kitchen appliances etc etc.
Al in all our stay was excellent and highly reccomended

Group of 6 'girls' sharing a 3 bedroom apartment. Really surprised at the amount of space we had - the apartment was enormous. Each bedroom had a bathroom (2 of them had 2 sinks so enough room for all the usual paraphernalia). One of the rooms had a double bed - but it was so big you could share without feeling awkward - the only down side was that it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete (not good for the back). The apartment blocks were entered via a wrought iron door (with card key access) so fairly secure (although if you forgot your key, there was always some nice soul who'd let you in). The location of the PPS was ideal - right on the beach and a minute's walk from the Marina. If sand's not your thing, I'd recommend the Ocean Club (a short stroll along the beach boardwalk). A double leather sun lounger was 30 Euros for the day (15 Euros each) and right next to a swimming pool. We had a fantastic holiday and would recommend the PPS for location and value for money.

Park Plaza Suites are excellent in terms of size of rooms and value for money. The location is perfect for access to all the bars and restaurants around Puerto Banus but not if you go to bed early as it can be really noisy from about 3am through to 6am. The staff and organisation were first rate and as a place to go for a large group who want to have late nights and good fun it's hard to beat.

This was the second girls on tour and our apartment was fantastic very spacious and two bathrooms for us 4 girls (very important). The hotel is in a brilliant position for the beach which unfortuanately we didnt get to use this time cos it definately rained in Spain this weekend! The rooms are clean and well furnished, the kitchen was ideal with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.
The apartment was very good value for money and we all had a really good time and cant wait for next year.

What a place!! It could not have been better placed, a short walk to Sinatra's (Where all the in people hang out!!)Then there was Patrick's 19th Hole just around the bend (Heaven) The apartments are huge. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an extra toilet if needed, just by the hall door. A huge livingroom with a full size kitchen off and to top it off, a balcony to party on. This has to be the best value for money I have ever had. The only downside was the dated feel the apartments had. They could do with a makeover but I'm sure that would only put the price up. 4/5 people could stay here without it feeling crowded. I will be back again.

The Park Plaza Suites partments/hotel are situated right in the heart of Puerto Banus habour. With magnficiant views if you can get a room with a sea view. We had a Suite which slept 6 people, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and the lounge area was as big a a dance floor.. unbelievable. The kitchen had everything to hand i.e dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer - brilliant for the alcohol, you just couldn't fault the place. The beach was right on our doorstep. Sunbeds were a bit pricey at 12 euros. The beach bar played music and the food was very nice. The Restaurants along the habour of Puerto Banus were outstanding and the nightlife if you wanted it was there too. We where on a girlie weekend holiday and I couldn't have pick a better place to stay than here - fabulous!

My husband and I stayed in the hotel part of the Park Plaza Suites and could not fault it. The hotel itself was clean, very well decorated and the facilities in the room were excellent (they even provided us with a pair of slippers each). The location was perfect with the beach on one side and the port on the other. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly return again at some stage.

12 July 2005
Great hotel with a great location. The beach is right there and is easy to access. The only problem with the beach is that it is a bit pricey to rent a beach chair (10 Euros). This hotle is a great location though if you want to be in the middle of the action. The port is directly behind the hotel so there are plenty of restaurants and bars within an easy walk. We rented a car for two days which they booked for us right at the front desk. Gibratat was only 45 minutes away and Ronda was about 1 hour away, both great day trips from Puerto Banus. Our room was nice and spacious with a large bathroom, and had a great view of the beach. Marbella is a great place to go and find somewhere for dinner. The front desk personel were very helpful and can give great direction and ideas for things to do and see. I would stay here and recommend this hotel to others. The only downfall was that there is no swimming pool which would have been nice. It does have a nice bar in the lobby and a decent breakfast in the morning. Also directly across the street is a restaurant that is open 24 hours a day.

This is the 5th time I have had the pleasure of staying in Marbella, Puerto Banus. The Last four occassions we have booked in one of the competitors hotels in the port. This year we booked the park plaza suite self catering rooms for six lads out for a long weekend of fun. First inpressions tend to last and the entrance into the hotel is absolutley stunning, antique furniture and art work by Gustav klimt, what we have all come to expect of spanish hotels. There was a initial problem with the booking, one room that sleeps three was missing off the booking form due to a minor mistake, but was put to rights imediatley. There was no inconvienace caused but the very friendly hotel staff sat us at the bar and offered us complimentry drinks and snacks whilst our room was being upgraded from the self catering apartments to hotel bed and breakfast for a mere 15 minute wait and confusion(Thank You). The position of the hotel is fantastic, you are 1 minute walk away from the port and even closer to the park plaza beach where it all happens during the day. To sum it up - Book it up !!!!!

Anyone who thinks this place is amazing hasn't been to a nice place. These apartments are not plush, well decorated or luxuriously furnished. They are grubby, tired, dated, worn furniture, torn bedding i will never recommend this place to other than a group of young people who want to go to party. We stayed one night, got moved to what they told us was there best apartment, (slight improvement) then moved to the Guadalpin Banus for our remaining 9 nights, now that is truly a 4-5* hotel.

We stayed in the Park Plaza Suites last year, four girls on their first holiday together as a group. When we arrived at Marbella Airport at 9am, the weather wasn't all that great, but by the time we arrived at Park Plaza, things were warming up... and the apartment only added to our excitement. Beautiful decor and more space than four girls could ever need, and believe me, that's a lot! With three bathrooms for a two double bedroom apartment, we were in our element - plenty of space for the hundreds of pounds worth of shampoo, make-up, creams and lotions us girls seem to be unable to travel without. The location is fantastic, you're right on top of the beach and although our apartment came with street views, the vista was still great. Not one argument in a group of girls in the same space for a week says it all for me. Fantastic place, we've booked again this year and I can't wait!!!

The Apartments are fantastic, absolutley huge! Bascially a friend and I each had our own large double bedroom and ensuit, which was great as he can take hours in the bathroom!
The lounge/diner was approx 30ft, the lounge had a bar, although a bit like Jack and Vera's from Coronation Street, but funny non the less. Nice big L=shaped balcony, We often thought of having a huge party back there. and what a place to impress the ladies... but hey I'm married, so we couldn't.
The location is perfect. Close the bars, marina and beach all within 2 minutes and a very quiet location.
Highly recomended!!
