Excellent value for money

This apartment complex may be the best value for money in Tenerife. We never tried the restaurant so I can't comment on the food and there was no air-conditioning in our room so a point knocked off for that; otherwise this was first-class. The location was excellent. It was right in the centre, just off the Plaza Del Charco, two minutes walk from the bus station and 10 minutes walk from the excellent Playa Jardin. The room was on the small side but was nevertheless more than adequate with twin beds, table, good-sized bathroom. The 'kitchen', too, was more than adeuate for 2 sharing. I say 'kitchen' for this really consisted of
two cooking rings, fridge, sink, microwave and small press all neatly tucked behind closing doors. Although surrounded by first-class restuarants we were still able to cook very nice dinners 4 nights out of 7. Finally we had a very nice balcony upon which the sun shone from morning to night. I look forward to staying here again.

Review of 'Park Plaza'

We found the Park Plaza on the internet, This is our second visit,& hopefully many more to come.This time our room overlooked the Charco plaza,You could sit on the terrace & watch the hustle & bustle going on below in all the restaurants & cafe's.The Apt has all the amenities one requires, Its clean,Nicely decorated & has a pleasant ambiance.I would recommend to any one whish to to be in the centre of all that is going on.Two pools on the roof one heated,so you have the choice,Explore the town & it's history, Or chill out by one of the pools.

Review of 'Park Plaza'

The Park Plaza is a perfect place for a quiet stay in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz.
The room was large with a balcony looking out on to the main square. We only spent one night but will definitely be back.
Staff were friendly and helpful. You are smack bang in the centre of what can only be described as a beautiful Spanish town.
What more could you ask for?
By the way, from Tenerife North, the 102 bus runs every half hour to Puerto de la Cruz, so there is no need to hire a car and Alpharooms won't be beaten for price.

Review of 'PARK PLAZA'

Suitable accommodation for someone on a budget, quite noisy at weekends, lots of school trips. Pool area upstairs private and convenient-no distracions. Maid service very good, daily except Saturday. TV pay per view would have been nice (no TV at all, despite being listed as standard!)Location excellent, close to bars, bubs and restaurants.
On the whole, good, clean, well maintained and convenient.

good value, but there is a lot of very late noise from revellers, especially thursday- sat nights!!!
rooms cleaned daily, and nice en-suite for the price :)
