Children’s cribs are available on request. The hotel has a restaurant and bar that serve throughout the day and into the evening. Room service is available for added privacy when dining. The hotel has a conference centre with extensive facilities and can accommodate up to 150 delegates in a single space. A dozen smaller rooms are available for more intimate meetings. The hotel has a leisure centre open to all guests which includes a heated outdoor pool and fitness centre. There is also a gift shop, indoor parking, currency exchange, business services, complimentary newspaper, 24 hour reception, multi lingual staff and laundry services. The Orchard Hotel is located in central London, close to Hyde Park, Park Lane, London’s major shopping street, Oxford Street and of course Buckingham Palace. Situated in Sussex Gardens – an elegant tree lined avenue running onto Bayswater Road – the fine Victorian styled Orchard Hotel offers a warm and friendly atmosphere and personal service at a reasonable price. Guest rooms are very basic and not styled as a priority with each including en-suite facilities, TV and telephone. Breakfast is the only meal served at the hotel and is included in the room price. The hotel has a communal lounge for guests to mingle in and provides a friendly 24 hour reception.

Excellent location and with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is 2 blocks away from 2 underground stations - Lancaster Gate and Queensway. Queensway Station is lined with stores and restaurants and Whiteleys Shopping Center. The hotel is directly across from Hyde Park and Kensington Garden. The location is very safe similar to being in the Upper East Side of NYC. Accessible to all modes of transportation. Bus stop is 1 block away. 10 minute walk to Kensington Palace.

Hotel is very clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet offers a big variety of cereals, beverages, fruits, cheese, bacon, ham, sausage, mushroom and pork and beans. Hotel has a bar and restaurant of its own that offers quality food at reasonable price. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The bad reviews that you may have read about this hotel was probably the time when this hotel used to be Gresham Hotel. This hotel was acquired by Rezidor SAS and was fully refurbished early 2006. Ambience is very hip and lively and has a nice and relaxing decor.
