Review of 'PARK INN HYDE PARK'

Excellent location and with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is 2 blocks away from 2 underground stations - Lancaster Gate and Queensway. Queensway Station is lined with stores and restaurants and Whiteleys Shopping Center. The hotel is directly across from Hyde Park and Kensington Garden. The location is very safe similar to being in the Upper East Side of NYC. Accessible to all modes of transportation. Bus stop is 1 block away. 10 minute walk to Kensington Palace.

Hotel is very clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet offers a big variety of cereals, beverages, fruits, cheese, bacon, ham, sausage, mushroom and pork and beans. Hotel has a bar and restaurant of its own that offers quality food at reasonable price. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The bad reviews that you may have read about this hotel was probably the time when this hotel used to be Gresham Hotel. This hotel was acquired by Rezidor SAS and was fully refurbished early 2006. Ambience is very hip and lively and has a nice and relaxing decor.

As soon as we arrived we were given a warm welcome by the staff. They were really friendly and accommodating. The rooms were really smart and spacious, much better than I imagined and I had the best nights sleep in the most comfy bed ever! I am missing it now! The breakfast the next day was great too, lots to choose from. I'd definately stay at the Park Inn again, in fact I plan to very soon. Many thanks for the fantastic stay, brilliant value for money!!
