Hotel Parisien 14 May 2007 The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast area was pleasant for the fresh continental breakfast served in the mornings. The hotel location is excellent for both sightseeing in Nice and touring the Riviera. Monaco and Cannes were within easy reach by train, the station being only 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is in central Nice which means you can walk to the Promenade and old town of Nice. Excellent value for money and great service. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks! Review of 'Parisien' 12 April 2007 Staff were always courteous and helpful Hotel is VERY convenient for the railway station (< 5 minutes walk), but away from the noise of the railway station area. The bus for the airport (No. 23) actually passes down the street in front of the hotel [stop "Vernier"] Breakfast was simple but reasonable (croissant, piece of baguette, juice, large cafe-au-lait) It is a good 20 minutes walk to the sea, and more like 30 minutes to the old city BUT you are quite central so could walk everywhere (e.g., Russian Cathedral 10 minutes, the big art galleries 15 or 20 minutes). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast area was pleasant for the fresh continental breakfast served in the mornings. The hotel location is excellent for both sightseeing in Nice and touring the Riviera. Monaco and Cannes were within easy reach by train, the station being only 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is in central Nice which means you can walk to the Promenade and old town of Nice. Excellent value for money and great service. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Staff were always courteous and helpful
Hotel is VERY convenient for the railway station (< 5 minutes walk), but away from the noise of the railway station area.
The bus for the airport (No. 23) actually passes down the street in front of the hotel [stop "Vernier"]
Breakfast was simple but reasonable (croissant, piece of baguette, juice, large cafe-au-lait)
It is a good 20 minutes walk to the sea, and more like 30 minutes to the old city BUT you are quite central so could walk everywhere (e.g., Russian Cathedral 10 minutes, the big art galleries 15 or 20 minutes).
