Had another great weekend in Benidorm. Apartments are clean and comfortable, near enough to the nite life and lots of bars. There is a supermarket next door. Very good value for money and will be staying again. very soon hopefully.

Lovely clean appartment, full size cooker and fridge freezer for any one who wants to cook, Close enough to all the entertainment, but not too loud. We went for the festival in November. I went with my sister, the appartment could have slept 4, but if there were 4 0f us sharing it would have been cramped. Would definitely book again.

Just had a very pleasant week at the paraiso 10.The room was small but very clean and well equipped kitchen. Sue on reception was patient and helpful as were her spanish colleagues.A ten minute walk to and from the beach and shows meant it was quiet at night so no problem sleeping.will go back again soon

we had a fantastic time here! our son loved it too! very clean, n friendly staff, loads for kids to do, close to levante beach and aqualandia! cnt wait to go back here, miss it soo much!

Was very pleased with these apartments. They were clean and a good size for the two of us. Not too far from the beach of nightlife. Would definitely stay here again, as very good value for your money.

Apartment excellent air con, good size and facilites, excellent balconies and friendly and helpfull staff. Pool area and toilets excellent although had to pay for sun loungers, maybe offer a weeklly rate for guestsand maybe a cushion would be helpfull!!, otherwise good location and handy for everything but not too noisey Would stay again

we have recently stayed in paraiso 10, and have had no problems. the rooms are clean and adequate, although the furniture is ready for an update.the reception staff are polite and helpful.there is a small charge for sunbeds, but worth it, as the pool and toilets are spotless. only real let down is the neighbouring 'dirt track' which is said to be a bit dodgy at night. all in all it's ideal for a budget holiday.

Hotel was clean and tidy with good balconies and great air con. Had a couple of small problems with light bulbs but once these were reported they were mixed the next day. Very secure rooms felt safe. Pool ok - had to pay for the loungers as it's open to teh public. Overall great stay especially as it was cheap.

Just back from staying a week in the Parisio 10. As we booked it very cheaply, I wasn't expecting much. But I have to say we were pleasently surprised. Apartments are clean & roomy. Have paid more in the past and got smaller apartments. So this was a big plus for us. Well situated, nice walk to the beach, shops etc. Very clean and will maintained. Great apartments if you want a good base. However does lack a bit of atmosphere, no pool bar or entertainment on site. Although their is a bar at the front of the property. All in all we would definitly stay in these apartments again. Good base, well located.

Booked the Paraiso 10 as reviews reported a quiet hotel/location - this was not the case! It is true that the girls on reception are lovely and helpful and although the apartment is basic it is clean and has everything you will need for a self catering holiday - it even has heating for the chilly nights, although not enough hot water for showers. If each of us (3) wanted a shower (which is usually the norm) we had to stagger the times so that the boiler had enough time (2hrs ish) to fill and re-heat. Another problem was that no one worked the pool/sun loungers so there was only 15 ish out for use and we found that we had to buy lilos so that we weren't lying on concrete! not good when you're 20 weeks pregnant. Also the pool side toilets were not open, so we had a choice of walking to reception or take a lift up 22 floors to our apartment. We understood that the holiday season was just starting but we'd paid expecting the full faciliities. What really spoilt our holiday was the noise late at night - parties going on in the rooms above us and to either side from around 11-5am every night. We knew that some noise and disturbance was to be expected in Benidorm and we've been on 18-30s holidays ourselves so we tried to bear the noise and bought earplugs to drown it out (which wasn't enough) but I would definitely advice staying clear of Benidorm in Easter - the pubs were quiet, apart from the over 60's but the resort was full of 16 year old spanish teenagers that would hang out of balconies banging saucepans, spitting and shouting to others in different buildings, and running up and down the corridors. What we didn't understand is why they didn't just go out to the bars?? When we asked about a change of room we were told that there were complaints coming in from nearly every floor in the building and that it would be pointless moving us but advised us to phone the night porter when we were disturbed and that he'd address the problem - we did this every night on more that one occassion, and he did have words although to no effect. The lovely spanish woman on the reception explained that they didn't normally rent rooms out to the spanish but as business has dropped.. and normally just let to brits and even though they could sometimes cause problems she'd never experienced anything like this before and was ashamed to be spanish! And I thought that english football fans were the worst!! At least hotel owners are quick to kick them out when they disturb everyone else! We will not be returning!

just back from benedorm weekend with lads on the drink ..everything in benedorm as i remembered drink prices still ok.fairly quiet unless you were over 60! apartments were clean twin beds with bed setee,kitchen had all you need ,not that we used them..had to pay deposit but got back when we checked out..only paid £72 for sat till tues for 4 of us cannot be robbed at that price..all in all if you want a cheap apartment in a good location you wont do much better!!

Arrived Tuesday 6th November and our rooms were allocated. The apartments were very clean and tidy. The balconies very large, the kitchen well equiped and the utility was great for storage for the bags. The ladies on reception were first class. Not forgetting the night porter who was kind enough to give us an alarm call. All in all first class. Roll on March 09 when we will be back.

Just return from the Paraiso 10. The apartments are really clean and pleasant, have a lovely big balcony which is quite private and gets the sun all day. This is the 1st time at the Paraiso 10 after many visits to Benidorm. We will definitely be booking these apartments again. Well recommended.

We booked a late deal and did'n't know where we were staying but were told it would be 3 star. On arrival at 4 in the morning I was a bit disappointed but on waking up after a couple of hours sleep I was pleasently surprised. The apartment is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly the only fault being we couldn't book a late room and having to get out at 11 in the morning and getting picked up at 11 at night the day was very long and tiring. The pool area was very clean and although there were lots of young people in the apartments we never had any trouble with noise. I would reccomend this apartment to anyone looking for a good base and well within budget.

The Paraiso 10 apartments were very well situated, in the centre of Benidorm but slightly away from the noise of the bars and clubs. The beach was down one road from the apartments and the nearest shop was on the corner of the street. The rooms were basic but very clean. Although there was no entertainment, we found the bar and games room to be a great place to sit to snack and drink or to watch TV. The bar serves snacks such as pizza and toasties in the day and the staff are very friendly. Although the pool is shared with neighbouring 'vistamar apartments' it is fairly large which was good for having a swim or relaxing on the sunloungers. The rep was also available at all times to give information on excursions that were available. Overall the holiday was great and I would recommend the Paraiso 10 apartments for any people who are sticking to a budget. They offer great quality for your money.

We have been around 20 times and have found the staff and the apts very good. The bar attached is excellent although there is no entertainment but a nice clean place to chill out at night and recap on what you done all day. Wooky Hollows a great place to eat also the Codfather if you like fish. I hope anyone reading this enjoys it as much as us. We go 3 times a year.

Paraiso 10 apartments are clean and well stocked - it is like having your own little flat while on holiday.  There is plenty of wardrobe space, the bedroom and living room are spacious and comfy.  The kitchen is well stocked although there is no 'starter pack' i.e. tea, bread and milk waiting when you arrive and this can be a bit of a pain when it is 5am, you eally want a cuppa and no shops are open!!  the bathroom is spacious and has a bath and shower - good if you have had too much sun.  The balcony is huge and has it's own clothes drying area.  the only complaint is that the lifts were incredibly slow!!!
There are phones and internet access on site along with a sports bar if you don't fancy the walk into the main entertainment area.  There is also a pool although shades are not provided and it can get too hot there.
Not ideal for older people or those iwth diabilities as it is a fair walk to the beach, etc.
