Fantastic centrally situated hotel with beautiful rooms and a welcoming staff, The atmosphere was delightful with gentle classical music by day and easy listening swing during the evening. The breakfast was varied and of high quality. The staff were helpful and provided us with useful information and recommended local restaurants. We ate a delicous local meal on our last evening. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and will stay there again in the future.

Excellent hotel in a great location, stone's throw from the Burg and Markt.  Nice rooms, good breakfasts and friendly staff.  Only downside - the sauna etc is 12 euros per person extra.

This is a beautiful classic hotel, recently refurbished with very friendly staff, clean, beautiful true 4 star rooms and a fantastic lounge with jazz and clasical music where we spent every evening reading. The location is very central on walking distance from the central square. It was delightful!

Excellent hotel and so close to the centre square of Bruges and the surrounding bars, restaurants and canals.
The rooms were wonderfully decorated,and good views over Bruges, staff were ever so helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was excellent and very filling. There was car parking available and all in all, no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended!!
