Built in 2004, this hotel comprises a total of 220 apartments spread over 2 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a lift, a cloakroom, a TV room, Internet access and a bike hire service. The apartments are great. The pool is cold but great. Sadly the service let us down. We were in a three bed apartment with a huge lounge, problem was that there was only comfortable seating for only 3 people. I complained but did not get a response. The cleaners were very poor. I had to ask them to clean the kitchen floor on numerous occasions.I had to remind them 3 times to change the sheets. The bar was out of ice creams more times than it had them and the service was slow(10/15 minutes for a plate of chips) if the place was better managed it would be fab!
