The Oceano Atlantico-Apartamentos Turisticos complex was built in 2007 and is a true architectural treasure, where everything necessary for a stylish break has been thought of in its apartments. The design, the decoration and the service radiate a feeling of luxury and relaxation paired with a touch of tranquillity and delightful views. The apartments have been well thought out, down to the last detail: from the refinement of the bathrooms to the superior kitchen equipment and modern design furniture. All rooms come with a balcony and wonderful panoramic views of the sea or of the magnificent city of Portimão. The apartments offer a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, and all accommodation units come with bathrooms with bathtub and integrated shower as well as a telephone, a 33-inch LCD TV with cable channels, individually adjustable air conditioning, a safe and high security doors. Internet access and a double bed are also provided as standard. The complex features an open air swimming pool for adults and one for children as well as a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols.

Delighted with the Oceano Atlantico Apartments - we stayed in a two bedroom. Master bedroom was ensuite and very good size, other bedroom was twin.... Kitchen/Living area had everything one could need for a family great to have access to a washing machine. Apartments are located near a busy road, but one would not take notice of the traffic, just ten minutes walk to the local supermarket and 10 minutes from the beach in Praia da Rocha. While some may see it as a negative that there was no music in the hotel bar in the evening... I thought this was great as the apartments were very quite. Indoor pool also opening shortly and they just started doing Spa treatments this week!! Will be going back!!
