We have just returned from a 10 day stay at the Oasis Mango. The apartments were clean modern and spacious. The pool area was also clean with plenty of sun beds but you needed to get down early if you want a sun shade. The pool has a life guard on duty and the bar serves "happy hour" 12 - 6pm making drinks very reasonable. There is also a small supermarket on site. The Oasis Mango is at the top of a steep hill and there are many steps to get to and from the apartments and the pool but this didn't spoil our fun relaxing family holiday but we did return home very fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These apartments are very well maintained and have been recently refurbished with new bathrooms and kitchens.
The staff are very helpful and the the whole complex is very clean.
The only negative is no air conditioning and particularly in the lower sited rooms the rooms are unbearable at night as the temperature remains high.
Fans can be hired at reception.
The pool area is cleaned in the morning and is not opened untill 9.30 which is a bit late for some early risers.
The location is a 15 minute walk from the sea up a fairly steep hill.
Be prepared for Sunglasses salesman,hairbreading sales woman and Chinese novelty toys salespeople in all locations although they are all harmless.

A completely relaxing stay

I have just returned from staying at the Oasis Mango in Tenerife. I booked on line and when myself and my partner arrived everything was in order it was so easy. The room was beautiful spotlessly clean and lots of room, we had a balcony room and to sit outside eating in the sun was just amazing. They had thought of everything in the apartment that you needed and it was great to have the option to cook in the apartment. The staff were really friendly and very helpful with people available to tell you about all the outings which were available. The pool area was also really nice and really clean, and you may have read in other reviews that there was a big hill to walk up to get to it but in my opinion it wasn't that bad at all. I have only good things to say about the Oasis Mango and I will go back to stay there in the future.

such an enjoyable stay

We were allocated our room but as soon as the receptionist realised we were accompanied by my elderly mum, without us even asking she immediately offered to change it to accomodation with less steps, a larger balcony and a view.
The apartment was very well equiped including a microwave and coffe machine, it was very spacious and immaculately clean.
All staff proved to be as helpful and courteous as the receptionist and we enjoyed a delightful week with them.

we had to get somewhere to stay in a hurry, as our daughter was in hospital, she works in tenerife..The apartment was spacious and clean, we both agreed we were very lucky to find such a lovely complex at such short notice. The reception gent was very accommodating, seeing as we arrived at around 3.30am after a 3 hour delay at manchester, AND it seems we made a mistake with our booking and arrived the day before we should have !! oh well alls well that ends well. All the staff were supurb, there was a singer on each evening I believe he was rumanian, but was very pleasant and had good english.We only had an evening meal once during our stay, which was typical Canarian food, very enjoyable..The complex was fairly quiet, due to the building work next door, which is nearly finished, so no doubt it will get busier ..There are a lot of steps around the complex and it is located partway up a hill, but I would still rate this as a quiet, clean friendly complex..

The Oasis Mango is a beautiful Apartment Complex. It is spotlessly clean. (I've never seen so many cleaners!) The pool area is spotless with a lovely bar area with reasonably priced food. The only problem that I would say is that there are a lot of stairs EVERYWHERE. We were in apartment 516 and had nearly 90 steps to walk up to get to it... so if you have any disabilities it is not the place to go!
