Second time staying at this hotel and fourth booking through Alpharooms! What can I say! First rate in every way. Location minutes from castle and river boat rides. 8 mins approx walk to market square. Brilliant facilities pool sauna massage etc. Friendly efficient staff, value for money, great breakfast I would advise any traveller going to Krakow to stay either here or in The Sheridan which we also booked before through Alpharooms if they want to stay at a high end luxury hotel.
