Just came back from Krakow. Had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Centrum. The staff were excellent. Very good English. They could not be helpful enough. The bar staff were exceptionally nice. They remembered your drink from ordering the first one even down to how many tea bags you liked in the pot!
Food good especially the breakfast. Pool facilities excellent. Room spacious. Everything so clean. Reception staff were excellent. Very helpful. A bit far out for walking to the Square but just beside the Castle. Maybe if the weather was better we might have walked more. It rained for the five days that we were there. All in all I would centrainly return to the Novotel

Second time staying at this hotel and fourth booking through Alpharooms!
What can I say!
First rate in every way. Location minutes from castle and river boat rides. 8 mins approx walk to market square.
Brilliant facilities pool sauna massage etc.
Friendly efficient staff, value for money, great breakfast
I would advise any traveller going to Krakow to stay either here or in The Sheridan which we also booked before through Alpharooms if they want to stay at a high end luxury hotel.

Six in our party ranging from 32 - 58. Excellent hotel. We have travelled extensively and the staff are as well informed, helpful and friendly as we have come across. Breakfast's difficult to refuse! Room immaculate and great location. Shame I didn't read the tip about river view before I left England. Unrivalled value for money. Go for it.

The hotels rooms, bar, pool ect were excellent and they do look exactly as they are shown on the hotels web site. The pool and gym in particular were fantastic and the room safes were free. We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and the reception staff, in particular, spoke excelent english. I would definately recommend it to others. Little tip :- Ask for a room at the front of the building for a lovely view over the river.

Absolutely faultless. I would highly recommend this Hotel. The staff are extremely well motivated and this is more than apparent. The Hotel, rooms, and facilities are spotless and well managed; an absolute pleasure. I can`t wait to go back!
