Great Location

We stayed here during our first 4 days in Malaysia. It is in a fantastic position, close to everything & able to walk to great shopping centres and good food! The buffet breakfast was excellent and the made to order omelettes were yummy! The gym and pool facilities were good too! If I ever come back to KL I will be staying at the Novotel again.

We stayed here two times during our vacation in Malaysia. First 3 nights when we arrived and 1 night on the way home from Langkawi and Sabah. They have a nice pool on the 2:dn floor, but the poolbar was not open any of the days... But, still excellent service and friendly staff, very central location and close to the newly build shopping centre Pavillion which has a lot of stores and restaurant.
