Well where does one start, Check-in I guess, A nightmare, incompetent staff, more interested in taking to each other than actually doing any work. Very poor customer service, had to wait in excess of 45 minutes for a key (I rather think that it would have been a little longer if I had not lost my rag) My travelling partner (no love) waited an extra 10 mins. for a key that did not open the lock ! Room, clean, tidy, diss-functioning air-conditioning, poor shower (ever direction except yourself) , non-working safe. Very uncomfortable mattress with scratchy sheets. Luckily we only stayed for about 4 ½ hours. Through key at desk on my exit. Would not recommend, would never stay again !

Hotel was quite comfortable but, although we had booked a triple room only had two beds. It wasnt until we went to bed that night we realised that the sofa bed was not made up, really could not be doing with the hassle of getting reception to send up bedding and, as it was our last night in Egypt, the aggravation of tipping more people. Was quite staggered when settling the hotel bill on the way out in the morning, our restaurant bill for the buffet was twice what I expected - they charged a 100LE per person. I had just wanted an omlette @ 32LE but they discouraged us from using the A la Carte menu, now I know why. It was still quite cheap but had not been what I wanted and cost 3 times what I was going to have. We arranged chauffeur driven car to sound and light show with trip desk, although the driver was not talkative it was quite a comfortable way to travel and reasonably priced. would stay here again.

the hotel was very nice, but myself and my family thought the staff were not very cheerful when serving you.
the only thing that was good was the prices for the menu or the bar ect,you did not have to calculate for taxes&services ect, whatyou see is what you paid, not like other hotels were you have to calculate for taxes ect, ect.
