Not impressed

Well where does one start, Check-in I guess, A nightmare, incompetent staff, more interested in taking to each other than actually doing any work. Very poor customer service, had to wait in excess of 45 minutes for a key (I rather think that it would have been a little longer if I had not lost my rag)
My travelling partner (no love) waited an extra 10 mins. for a key that did not open the lock !
Room, clean, tidy, diss-functioning air-conditioning, poor shower (ever direction except yourself) , non-working safe. Very uncomfortable mattress with scratchy sheets. Luckily we only stayed for about 4 ½ hours. Through key at desk on my exit.
Would not recommend, would never stay again !
