Defo going back soon
24 September 2008
Well what can we say - after reading the reviews we were worried about the hotel but arrived there on the wednesday evening and first impression was good and where had those comments come from..............??
The bathrooms were basic along with the rooms but what more can you ask for when paying that price and they were clean enough - the staff could not be any more helpful and friendly - with good enough english to get through the week and excellent service.
No complaints at all - great food, great staff, great place overall - WILL DEFO BE GOING BACK NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (along with 3-4 couples we spoke to who are going back and have been doing for the past couple of years or more)

Review of 'NOMAD'

I have stayed at the Nomad for the last 3 years. The staff are very kind and friendly. They would do anything for you. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned every day. It’s a 15 min walk to the centre of Marmaris. It’s a very relaxed place. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. As my friends and family have stayed here and they say the same. There is a dolmus you can get outside that takes you to the harbour they are every couple of mins. I would go back again.

Review of 'NOMAD'

We have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Nomad Hotel. The staff were excellent, the hotel was very clean, and towels were changed daily. The pool and grounds were well maintained. All my initial fears that the hotel was cheap and may not be up to scratch were dismissed very quickly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was in a more laid back part of Marmaris, but with the local Dolamus service getting about was not a problem. The hotel beds rep (Kerry) was on hand to provide assistance when needed. I would definitely stay at the Nomad again.

Review of 'NOMAD'

This Hotel is certainly for the budget holiday maker. There is a lack of hot water, the doors constantly slam all day and night when people have the balcony windows open, the rooms are very small and the bathroom was not of the cleanest I have used. The area around the swimming pool is very slippy when wet. The music they play around the pool appeals to a certain music lover not the middle of the road/ easy listening music listener. The breakfast is pretty poor but acceptable. There needs to be a control over noisy drunken people coming in late at night as it must annoy couples with young children.
The best point is the staff, friendly and helpful, and it is of course very cheap. I suppose you get what you pay for. I will not be saying there again.
