Perfect location, lovely rooms, friendly service. The NH Utrecht was visible as soon as we came out of the station, and as we were there for the weekend to see a show, it was great to know that the Beatrix Theatre was just opposite. The Lobby was welcoming, and the security was excellent - even needing the pass key to operate the lift.
The gym was adequate - small, but had everything you'd need for a basic workout, and my travelling companion enjoyed the sun bed.
Breakfast was filling - with a lot of choice - far superior to the hotels I've stayed in on the continent, although we weren't so keen on the Railroad Bar - it seemed to be themed in that way because it was the easiest style to decorate it in - largely wooden flats.
The price through alpharooms was incredible (especially as there was the added "luxuries" of chocloates on the pillow and bedtime stories by the bed.)
I would recommend the hotel for staying in Utrecht - purely because the whole town (or at least the shopping and eating) seems to centre around the station and theatre, and the NH is ideally situated.
