JOLLY CARLTON lives up to it's name

Excellent Hotel, couldn't fault any aspect of the room, breakfast, staff and general facilities.
Ideally located, would definitely recommend, in fact fairly sure we will visit again.

Jolly time in Amsterdam

Just back from a most enjoyable weekend in the Jolly Carlton Hotel in Amsterdam.The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of most major tourist atractions and is right beside the flower market.Staff at hotel very helpfull and friendly.Breakfast sets you up well for the walking and sightseeing.Once you avoid the cyclists in your first few hours while finding your bearings the hotel is a good base from which to explore Amsterdams many interesting places and handy to drop back into for a pit stop.

Very comfortable, v. good service and excellent value when booked through Alpharooms. Well located for tram, flower market with multiscreen cinema, restaurants and shops immediately to hand. Breakfasts, hot/cold brilliant to start your day and attentive staff.

Review of 'JOLLY CARLTON AMSTERDAM'

Myself and a group of friends have just returned from a fantastic weekend in Amsterdam.  We stayed at the 4 star Jolly Carlton hotel.  The overwhelming feelings amongst the group were that this was one of the best hotels in Amsterdam.  Situated a short walk from the Red light district and the Leidesplein the Jolly Carlton excelled in style and charm, from the beautiful high ceilings in the entrance hall to the wonderfullly comfortable beds. The only negatives we found were the The bar and restaurant which were not great, and overpriced.  However the negatives were totally outweighed by the positives. The staff were great and had a very relaxed and friendly attitude.
I would thouroughly recommend the Jolly Carlton to anyone staying in Amsterdam in the near future. Ten out of ten.
