This was our first time booking thro Alpharooms so wasnt too sure what to expect.When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, indeed all the Staff were very friendly.We were in an apartment beside the pool and even here there was little or no noise as the bar closed around 12pm every night.Accomodation was basic but clean, a few ants around but they had even left ant spray for us to use.Sofa Bed for second teenager was a bit of a let down and the mattresses in the beds wouldnt do your back any favours, they are so hard.Cool breeze in the evning was nice as no air conditioning.Saw no cockroaches or other nasties.This hotel is basic enough if all you want is somewhere to lay your head, staff are friendly and helpful.Bar by the pool is good, just find somewhere else to eat as the Restaurant on site is not up to much, lots of better and more reasonable places in the town itself.The hill was not much of an issue, free bus pass to all guests and taxis are very reasonable.
