We stayed in july 06 it was the best holiday we have been on. We stayed in one of the suites which was a big apartment, with a lovely big jacuzzi. Cyprus is a wonderful place the weather is lovely, the hotel was clean and the pool is warm we are looking at coming back to cyprus in march 07 for 2 weeks, but were finding it difficult to get a room at the Nappa Plaza. We will keep trying as we really like it there.

The hotel is right in the heart of ayia napa and 5 mins walk from the beach so is an ideal location. It has a trendy wine bar attached and you can get discounts at the mexican restaurants a few doors away. We were a bit worried about the noise but the hotel is set back off the main street so you cannot hear any disturbance. The rooms are modern and the breakfast is excellent. The pool is clean and the bar meals are good. There is daytime and night time entertainment and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There are a number of nice restaurants near by and it is close by to the bus stop if you want to go to another beach / resort. I would definitely recommend this hotel and on our next trip to Cyprus will definitely be checking in! Hope this helps you to make your choice!

The Dingle's rate The Napa Plaza exceptionally highly. Fantastic hotel and great value for money. It was ideal for us as it is a 5 minute walk to the Square (nightlife). The pool is very clean and a great size. Only slight reservation was you couldn't dive! The rooms are very clean & tidy. Staff are helpful and friendly. There's a Luis Figo lookalike who works behind the bar on an evening who is now a converted Blackpool Fan! we've been away 6 years on the trott and this place is the finest we've resided at.

If you're going to Napa - stay here!
10 July 2006
I arrived home from my holiday yesterday and can only describe it as the best week of my life! Every year my friends and I venture abroad for our annual week in the sun. This is the sixth year we have gone away and would describe ourselves as veterans of "lads holidays" as we know exactly what we're looking for. The Napa Plaza is by doubt the best hotel we have stayed in as a group and the second best hotel I have stayed in on a holiday. It is difficult to know where to start when reviewing this hotel, probably, with the staff. They are kind, helpful and, although they were slightly cautious to a group of 10 lads (something the hotel is not acustomed to) they did warm up to us by the second day. Perhaps, if we'd been hassle this would undoubtly not been the case! One member of staff in partcular, Suzanna from Slavokia, who is one sandwich short of a picnic is a right laugh. The pool area is superlative, clean and tidy and at nights looks beautiful when lit up. There is adequate amounts of loungers and the atmosphere is generally chilled out with the occaissional game of water polo for those who can be bothered moving from their sun lounger. The bar area is also excellent, and Eva, the waiteress would bend over backwards to bring you out drinks to your lounger. Food was also good, breakfast, which I only managed to attend on four mornings is buffet style and offers a large array of varied cusine, but like all buffets get there early. With regard to the rooms, they were clean, tidy and almost executive standard, even though we paid for basic rooms. The air con is fantastic, and in the summer heat, is a bonus. The hotel also offers an evening meal in the dinning area, however, I never ate dinner in the hotel, so I couldn't possibly comment on this. If I was to go back to Aiya Napa, which, if we do go away again (24 this year - so getting a bit old for all this clubbing holiday life!!) I would definatly consider Aiya Napa as a strong candidate, and If we did, I would insist on staying at the Napa Plaza and wouldn't dream of experimenting with another hotel.

Stayed here in the first week of July 06, the hotel is fantastic. The food is excellent, the drinks reasonably priced and the staff are all very friendly. The hotel is about a five minute walk from all the bars and is set back from the road so is quiet at nights.

17 June 2006
I stayed at the Napa Plaza at the beginning of June 2006 with my husband, brother in law, his wife and my mother in law and had a fantastic time. We were very impressed with the whole appearance of the hotel on arrival and it did not let us down.
The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The only negative thing is that if you do not have a pool view you will be woken by the chimes of the church bells twice a week and kept awake by the chanting from the church too, however this could not spoil our enjoyment of the hotel. We were very pleased at the convienent location of the hotel to the main square and local shops etc.
Breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food. The pool area was always spotless too. My husband and brother in law did note however that the gym was very outdated and could be doing with an upgrade of the equipment.
Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay at the Napa Plaza and if visiting Ayia Napa in the future would return to stay there.

The hotel is excellent with very nice clean rooms, good service and the pool is large, clean and lots of sunbeds around. THe breakfast is amazing, with choice of everything so you'll never miss one even though it's only until 10am! The gym is okay - the equipment is a bit old and battered but does the job, the jaccuzzi is not that great, but there is a tennis court and table tennis table all free to use. They also offer massage and beauty treatments. There is a fridge in the rooms but it's £2.50 a night, which is crazy, and there is a safe you can hire for £0.80 a night (about £1 English). The bar is pricey but very trendy and nicely decorated, and they show the football matches. The location is perfect - 15 mins to the beach but in the middle of the town. Overall, the place is friendly and highly recommended.
