Review of 'LIBERTEL WILSON'
04 October 2005
The hotel was well placed in Lyon being fairly central. on arriving, one of the letters of the name had gone which did not bode well. Our welcome was courteous but we were offered no help with our luggage to our room. The room was clean but very small- we had expected more from a superior room. The facilities were poor. There was no lounge and the breakfast room was just a small area off the hall. Some of the staff had a huge shouting match and nothing was done to stop the noise - the girl behind the desk seemed oblivious. The place generally was quite shabby and on the whole left a lot to be desired. We would not consider staying there again.
