What our customers say

Mostly agree with KD's review. However, we had a room in the annexe which was 65 stairs up with no lift No lift anywhere in the hotel and the breakfast room was down more stairs in the basement. Only 6 of the 40 rooms are on the ground floor. Also there's no public toilet at all, not even by reception. We had to borrow a key for an empty room on the first floor as we checked out. Room and en suite could have been cleaner. On the up side, great breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Comfy bed and quiet for the centre of Glasgow - at least where we were at the top of the stairs. Wouldn't stay there again, but only because of all the stairs. Perhaps it's better in the main hotel than we found it in the annexe. All the same it's a great area of Glasgow to stay in.
