THis is my second review for this hotel, my 1st was in aug08. Again the reception staff where not great. I did find on this visit that they hotel has a spar, which i used for 3hrs and was relaxing. a massage will cost you 280 egiptian pounts for 60mon, although it only lasted 45. I purchased a pagage for a massage, sauna, steam, wrap, n face. THe massage should have been 60min and the face 20min, but they seemed to tied them tegeather and only lasted 45. It seems that they are always trying to steal time from you. I only stay at this hotel because i have some business dealings near by. My best holet in sharm in Hilton Dreams. All the staff are great and go out of their way. And i thing you could get the same deal price wise. I stayed their 7 days on this visit. THe entertainment is based arount Italians, as this is their clientel base. If you just want a holiday where you laze around and sit on the beach or around the pool, then it will suit you. But remember, their is nothing directly around the hotel in way of shops and resturantes ect.

i have just returned from an 8 day break from this hotel. I have been to sharm on over 30 visits and stayed at 10 different hotels. THis hotel is good for the price i paid but dont go near the Hilton for service. Food was good but dining hall to busy with people bumping in to each other when getting food. Waiters are low at brining your water, to the extent that i just got up anf helped myself. Adiquate pools and rooms are fair size. Internet access is very expencice (£9 sterling per hour, and if you dont use the hour in that day you have to pay again). If you need access to internet just to get your emails i sugest you take your lap top and use a local dial-up service from your room. Hotel is clean. There are no local amenaties in the area and you need to get a taxi in to sharm, the hotel run a service and will charge you £12 in or a return for £20. I used this service but ended up geting a taxi bck to the hotel due to them not wanting to pick me up on my pre arranged time. So my recommecdation is to use there service to get to sharm, but get a cab back at your own time. THe beach is nice as its not packed, however you cant walk in to the sea from the beachj. THis is because its a coral reef, so you have to walk along a pontoon. THe all inclusive this is diferent to what a UK person would expect. You can only each during set times and you can only drink from 10am-11pm from selected bars, otherwise you pay. Although the price i paid for the accomadation and all inclusive was well worth the money i paid. I dont think there is much there for small kids (0-4). but there was lots of kits playing in the front pool and having fun, averate age 5-8. I would stay here again but only due to conveneance and price. The reception was not as helpfull as i would have expected. I recommend utilising the hotel transfere service, this is a must. otherwise a locat taxi from the airport will cost you £20.00 each way. THe hotel did run a bus service to take you in to Namma Bay, but only twice a tay at 11am anf 9pm.
