JUST RETURNED FROM 3 DAY BREAK IN NICE, HOTEL IS SUPERB AND LOCATION RIGHT BY THE PROMENADE AND THE MAIN STREET WHERE THERE ARE LOADS OF RESTAURANTS.THE RECEPTION STAFF SPOKE VERY GOOD ENGLISH AND GAVE YOU A FREE MAP IN WHICH TO EXPLORE THIS BEAUTIFUL CITY.ROOM WAS BIG WITH NEW BATHROOM & CARPET JUST FITTED.BREAKFAST WAS PERFECTLY ADEQUATE CONTINENTAL STYLE AND WAS INCLUDED IN OUR PRICE. I WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR COUPLES & SINGLES AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AS IT IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED FOR NICE.

We stayed at this hotel due to its reviews..... they were totally correct, a wonderful friendly hotel situated in the heart of Nice. Perfectly located for everything. The room was generous in size and very clean. The staff were very friendly and it has the added bonus of car parking (10 Euros) which is cheap for the area. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality hotel at a very cheap price.

Stayed at the Massenet whilst in Nice for a long weekend birthday treat. The hotel was perfectly situated for exploring Nice and within easy acces to transport. The hotel staff were excellent - welcoming, helpful, having excellent English and info regarding bearings. The hotel room was a really nice size with a really nice relatively new toilet and bathroom suite. Breakfast was relatively basic but there are so many lovely cafes around that one could go room only and take a leisurely breakfast not so far from the hotel. I would highly recommend this place.

Have just returned from a week's stay at this hotel. A perfect location for restaurants,station and bus route from the airport no 98(4Euros pp). Staff at the hotel were very helpful and all spoke excellent English.Nice size room and big bathroom great to have an electronc safe. Breakfast was ordinary but adequate.Great value for money.A little gem.

This hotel was perfect for our needs - ideally situated for the seafront, the old town and the bus station with its excellent service to Monaco and coastal towns. Although central it was very quiet day and night, and the staff were all friendly, helpful and multi-lingual! Our twin room was spacious with a modern, fully equipped bathroom, and spotlessly clean. We particularly appreciated the fridge and electronic safe. Breakfast was available from 7-10 am, with orange juice, cereals, a bread roll, croissant and brioche/pain au chocolat for each person, butter, jams and cheeses. Hot drinks (expresso/black coffee/white coffee/capuccino/hot milk/hot water for tea) were from a machine, but good quality, although they could have been hotter. We highly recommend this hotel and although there are undoubtedly more luxurious options available in Nice, we think this hotel offers very good value for money.

Simple to get to and from hotel via 98 bus from airport, excellent location for prom and restaurants and ten minutes walk to train station or old town. Hotel very clean and staff extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great little hotel set in a quiet street but only a minutes walk from the seafront and the pedestrianised shopping/restaurant area. Only 2 minutes walk from the bus stop to the airport and about 15 minutes from the railway station. Room was a decent size with a great bathroom and separate toilet. It was very quiet. Breakfast was simple but OK. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rates were very reasonable given the location. Would stay here again.

Great small 2/3 star B&B Hotel in a good position near the Promenade also easy access to the market, restaurants and shopping areas in the old town and new centre. Very clean and good state of decoration. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. Hotel parking is available and the bus stop to the Airport is just around the corner. We'd come back again.

Stayed for 3 nights in Sept. Very pleasant staff who spoke excellent English. Excellent room and bathroom both newly refurbished plus fridge and free safe. Breakfast basic continental but adequate. Well positioned for centre and promenade. 3 min walk for airport bus. Recommended.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet location yet only 50 meters from the beach and shops. The room was large and air conditioned. It had a fridge and a (free) electronic safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
