Fantastic service with a lovely welcome from the customer service manager, lovely and clean hotel rooms with big beds that had loads of pillows and very comfy, breakfast choice was wonderful, views from the bar on the 40th floor excellent and the leisure facilities very good as well as the choice of restaurants. The security in the hotel was very good and we felt very well looked after the entire length of our stay.
