from the outside it looked like a building from shameless,once inside i was quite relieved,basic no frills apartment,massive double balcony,slightly rowdy group of lads next door but we didnt bother us at all.supermarket next door,right at the top of the square for nightlife.key pick up could be better explained but would stay again for sure.our key pick up was through gestaltur which is a good 5 min walk.

We enjoyed our staying. It was basic, clean and contains everything you need. The location is good. About 10 minutes walk from the beach and the party street nearby (but no inconvenience). There is a large balcony.

apartment fairly basic but clean. the 2 weeks we stayed we never heard a sound at night, dunno if we were just lucky but we asked for a high floor (got 15th). would stay there again - good value for money and location was ideal for us.

although clean on arrival no clean towels or bedding throughout the entire week. the partments are in a good spot although they are very basic no full length mirrors in any of the 3 appts that we had very minimal kitchen equipment not even a bread knife. location fine the best thing probably about them.

Review of 'MARISCAL IV-V'

Tour company switched my accomodation at the last minute to Mariscal IV. Outward appearance looked like a scruffy old south london council block of flats with grafitti scribbled over the walls.
Inside was very basic, decently clean with all the kitchen appliances working. The beds were a bit dodgy and the sofa bed would definitely give you a back ache. We had to rent a tv for 25 euros (only spanish channels)
However, it was a holiday place and the apartment is perfectly located for the beach (10 mins stroll) and spoilt for choice (shops 2 mins walk).
Apartment had a well maintained swimming pool and very decent residents when we were there. Apartment had a lovely large balcony and is suitably located for the sun/wed market. I think it wasn't worth the price I paid but you always get ripped off by tour operators in a foreign land...

Although very basic these apartments are clean and ideally situated.There is a bar underneath called The Stanley Park .
They serve fantastic food all day at great prices.Childrens menu available so well worth a visit.There is no maid service but after 1 week they come around with clean towels and sheets.They are close to everything you need .We all had a great time and would definately consider using them again.
