Las Mariposas is a basic standard apartment complex situated in Fenals, just a short walk from the centre of Lloret de Mar, 800 m from the beach and approximately 90 km from the international airport of Barcelona. Fantastic all round apartments
We spent a week here a group of 8 with 5 teenagers two "40s" and one "60s" the hotel had everything we needed not to leave at all - the apartments were clean on arrival and although no maid service there were clean towels mid week for the money we paid I have certainly had worse. The food in the snack bar was good and reasonably priced and the walk to Fenals and Lloret was easy and the "genuine" designer good great fun to buy - i was even offered a designer badge to be stuck onto my new handbag which we all found hilarious. The people were friendly and the barman at the apartments was really funny always happy - there was obviously some noise but only from other residents at the apartments but I think you have to expect this - I think there are some very unfair reviews on this hotel - we ordered a private taxi transfer and it was door to door so no problems there and there are steps from the road but not as steep as previous reviews have said which worried me as I am partially disabled so have to be careful but I managed them perfectly as did my mother. Over all a very well set up apartment complex with all you would need for a self contained stay with beautifully maintained grounds
