very good price for 4 people but only a small pool but well equiped and clean ideal though if you are on a tight budget .it will take you about 7 mins down hill to get to the main area were all the night life starts around morgans tavern (neptunes bar if u seen the comedy show benidorm) best to get a taxi back will cost around 5 euros and if possible get a flight that does not leave late at night 2pm would be ideal as you have to be out at 10am on the morning of departure on arrivel you get the keys from folies apartments about 3 mins walk away down hill near indoor market directions walk down calla roma to the bottom passing the gala placida turn left 25mts on the left

If late arrival keys have to be collected from the Hotel Nero which is at the bottom of the hill over half a mile away then trudge up the hill with your luggage , the next morning you have to go down the hill to follies office to pay them a deposit.The Marc apartments are very clean and roomy with washing machine,gas hob,toaster,mini grill,iron and board .The downsides are no reception,no cafe/bar as this was closed,and on departure you have to vacate your room before 10am and go down the hill to follies to hand in your keys then sit and wait whilst they go and check your room before they refund your deposit.Can understand why this is called Cardiac Hill and being so hot at this time of year drained you by the time you got to the top ,sorry to say nice clean apt but never again .

Within the limited budget we had allowed, the Marc apartments were excellent value for money. Well appointed with Fridge, toaster, seperate mini grill/oven, and no fewer than a four ring gas hob. The rooms were large, airy and clean, with a seperate laundry room, complete with washing machine, and a balcony to die for. Location was in a quieter area, though only five minutes from the action, and with a Supermarket virtually on the doorstep. The hill leading to the apartment may prove difficult to the infirm, but was fine to us sprightly pair, both in our sixties.
