This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff are all very helpfull and friendly, good size appartment, the towels were changed twice and the bed linen was changed once during the one week stay. The appartment was nice and clean, but had a musty smell. The pool was clean and there was never any hassle getting a sunbed. The best part is the location, walk outside and there is plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. The Mansion Nazaret will definitly be my first choice when we go again

03 July 2009
Just returned from another week at Nazaret Apartments with my partner and our 4.5 yr old son, loved every minute of it and wanted to tell all. Our 2 Bed apartment was very spacious, clean, well equiped and had an abundance of traditional furniture (which some may have seen as dated, others as adding character!), towels and linen were changed 4 times in the week. The strong yet pleasant breeze can cause the odd problem with slamming doors and windows and maybe an investment in some door wedges and window catches would help, Reception staff were very helpful on the odd occasion we required them including a quick fix to giving us only 1 bedroom to begin with.
The pool and gardens were cleaned every morning to remove all fallen leaves and generally hosed down, meaning a very attractive area to spend time by the pool, where a pleasant mix of nations is found, not many Brits this year but that was no problem. Although I appreciate we weren't in full season there were more than enough sunbeds and parasols even by late morning which added to the fantastically friendy and safe feel of the whole place. The 'Fresh Bread Rolls' are still there on your door handle every morning which is lovely as was the nice touch of 2 complimentary bottles of wine on arrival 1 was to compensate for the mix up on bedrooms.
As reported before it is very close to restaurants and bars to suit ALL tastes whether it's the British run bars, the more authentic bars or the whole host of very charming non-tacky family friendly restaurants going down towards the beach and sea front particularly serving some great seafood even the Chinese restaurants are good. The nature of the whole resort is geared to families, couples and anybody wanting a relaxing break and we might just plan for a 3rd year!

We have stayed at Mansion Nazaret on several previous holidays, but we will never stay there again. The place has really gone down hill. The first apartment we were allocated had not been cleaned and we were moved to another. We had problems with ants and cockroaches in the second apartment and the staff just gave us a can of insecticide so we could deal with the problem ourselves! The apartments are not cleaned now as often as they were in previous years when we stayed there. External lighting around the pool was not alawys switched on at night - which made it quite dangerous to walk about. It is a shame that it has deteriorated so much, because we have had several good holidays there in the past.

All you could ask for..! Despite poor nightlife.!
28 June 2008
On arrival at the "Mansion Nazaret", we were politely shown to our room by a security guard, as we arrived after 10pm and the reception was closed. The room was one of the biggest we have stayed in. A two bedroom apartment, with large living room, spacious bathroom and a compact, but managable kitchen. Kitchen consisted of a double hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, ample utensils, kettle, iron and ironing board, and even a food mixer....? Bedrooms were large with two very comfortable single beds in each , large wardrobes, bed side lights, dressing table and a full length mirrior. We were allocated a ground floor apartment, which was ok, but I would have much prefered a top floor one as the sun did not appear on our terrace, and views of the beautiful pool area were impaired by plants and trees. not a huge problem, but we had requested a top floor room and was slightly dissapointed. The pool at the Mansion Nazaret was beautiful in appearance, but no use to us because we has two small children with us, and the pool sloped off to deep water very quickly. Luckily, guests are able to share all the facilities of the adjoining Nazaret Apartments, where you will find a further two adult pools and a large kids pool. Never a problem getting sunbeds and pool areas are kept very clean and surrounding areas are stocked with beautiful plants and trees. The whole of the two complexes were kept spotless and all staff were very polite and helpfull. You get a bottle of wine on arrival, and fresh and delicious bread rolls every morning. The location of the apartments are just perfect for any bar resturant or beach in Costa Teguise that you so desire to visit. A super market is next to the complex as is the bus stop which enables you to travel all ovet the island cheaply. The resort itself is full of bars and resturants, but nightlife is dreadful. All the bars seem to empty come 22:00 hrs, and nothing much for people, who like ourselves, like to see good entertainment while on holiday. Many of the local bar owners whom we spoke to seem to think this is because of the increase of "All Inclusive" hotels. If you liike a place with lovely beaches, lots of bars and resturants, but very low key nightlife, then you will be hard pressed to find anything better. But being as this is a hotel review, I will have to give the "Mansion Nazaret" a full five stars.

I have stayed here twice before and this last time will be my last time at these apartments. The first room we were put into was really dirty with dust thick on the furniture, previous occupants earrings on the floor and generally unclean. We asked to be moved to another room which they did on our second day and this was a much nicer and room and was slighlty cleaner. It doesn't look as though anything has been done to maintain these apartments since we first went about 5 years ago which is a shame due to the excellent location that they have. The staff are friendly though and they look after the cats well so it's not all bad!

We stayed at these apartments in Jan 08. Seemed quite nice when we arrived although noticed a musty smell in ours. We got the sun on our balcony in the morning but not in the afternoon, so I always felt the apartment was chilly later on. The apartments were clean enough with maid service almost every day. On arrival there is a free bottle of wine in each room and every morning fresh bread rolls are delivered free of charge. ( Nice touch!)
The location was good as we just crossed the road to a small square where there were ample bars & restaurants.
The pool area was lovely and as we were assured the pool was heated we even went in a few times, although it was still cold!!
Would stay here again but would want an apartment with a sunny balcony & a heater for the winter months would be very welcome.

have been to costa teguise many times and were recommended to the nazaret by local bar owner.
We asked for a look around and the owner was very happy to help us. We were very pleased with what we saw and booked up straight away. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The pool although small was well maintained as were all of the public areas.
We arranged our booking via the hotel itself and found the staff to be very helpful. What i thought was great was that we had no deposit to pay on booking and infact payed nothing until we arrived at reception. Have never had this before. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were particularly eager to make sure that we got the best deal on excurtions. Having been before and spent vast amounts booking day trips through holiday reps it was fantastic to feel that we were not being fleeced.
We hjad late arrival and departure times and the staff were happy to allow us to stay in the room we had until it was time to go with no charge.
It is a small family run hotel and has no entertainment but just out side the front door there are many nice bars and other hotels who allow you enjoy their entertainment. The beach is a stones throw away and the local bus stops outside the front door.
All in all a fantastic wee place to stay for a family holiday. Would go back time and time again.

Two sides to every story !
03 October 2007
Arrived at apartments via main road into Costa Teguise. Unfortunatley had not informed hotel of slight disability at time of travel. Apartment on 2nd Floor, room was split level, with bedroom up more stairs. Requested a different room immediately, told none available, No effort made to accomadate the request the next day when a minimum of 6 rooms became vacant on the ground floor. Stairs in apartment were of the wooden variety, so one up all up. Noise started at 0600hrs and eventually stopped about 0900hrs, both rooms either side housing a large family of clog wearing mice by the amount of noise generated. Inner court yard of apartments very picturesque, but however the view from the balcony was anything but. It consisted of an excavated area, the size of the apartment block, containing rubbish, bottles of wine, bread rolls and on one occasion two accordian playing tramps, who kept us very amused for a few hours, until they fell asleep. I would return to Costa Teguise and these apartments, as they were clean, and the bread rolls and wine were a definite plus, I would however, seriously consider thier suitablity for people who have difficulty walking. So please check before you book

We stayed at the nazaret in march 2007. this was our first holiday abroad as a family and we were not disappointed. We were made very welcome and standards were high. We would recommend these apartments. It was quiet but there was plenty to do within walking distance if you wanted it. I would not recommend it for anyone looking for a lively holiday, but if you want to relax in a friendly atmosphere then this is an excellent choice. We would return again.

Review of 'MANSION NAZARET'
21 November 2006
The apartment was really nice. Liked the bottle of wine that greeted us & the fresh bread rolls each morning. Unfotunately we backed on to a lively bar so earplugs were a must! The apartment was serviced every day and the pool area was very well maintained. Only criticism was the smokers who felt it was OK to leave there butts at the pool for someone else to clean up! But that's what comes of being used to a smoking ban.

Review of 'MANSION NAZARET'
25 November 2005
I have just returned from a week at the Mansion Nazaret and my partner and I were very impressed. The apartment was cleaned every day, it had everything you needed, it was nice and quiet and the pool was clean. There was a bottle of wine waiting on the table when we arrived and bread rolls were left every morning, which I thought was a nice touch. I've never been anywhere that has done that before. I would definitley stay there again.

Review of 'MANSION NAZARET'
03 July 2005
We stayed in mansion nazaret in august last year and we found the apartments very clean and hygenic and on apperance the mansion nazaret looked welcoming and well kept. Although it was quiet we found it quite relaxing. After staying at larger hotels that offered childrens clubs with my parents and sister, we all said we enjoyed our stay in mansion nazaret better than the larger hotels and I would definatly go back again.
