Nice friendly place

I went here last October and had no problems at all. I had booked through a rental site so the apartment I had may have been to a better standard than some of the apartments mentioned in the reviews. The apartment was clean and well maintained. As it was a private rental there was no maid service but owner came twice a week to take dirty towels and bedding away. The bar/shop staff were helpful and friendly as were the reception staff. I would definately stay here again. I've noticed that people keep moaning about having to walk uphill when ever they go somewhere. Just remember THE WHOLE ISLAND IS A VOLCANO. Expect to walk uphill.

If you dont want to walk uphill .Do some research before you book .There are places on the flat areas in abundance .But you dont get the views .
