reception is too often without personal. rooms very nice furnished. spa area is not worth the name. one whirlpool, very small sauna and very lousy steam chamber. but free of extra charge. breakfast buffet is okay. location of hotel is good. no own parking places, hard to find one. would go there again. tomasz, hannover
