The Macdonald Swan lies in 33 acres of its own grounds, on the northern edge of the village of Grasmere, overlooked by Helm Crag. The hotel is approximately half way between Windermere and Keswick, an ideal starting point for exploring the lakes, valleys and mountain scenery.
