On every single hotel booking over £100 we are only asking for £10 deposit to secure your booking at today’s prices. You will receive full confirmation of your booking as soon as the deposit has been paid and then full payment will be due 4 weeks before you travel, it really is a fantastic way to make sure you get a great deal on your holiday. How much will I pay today?
You will have to pay the full price of your flight and travel insurance if you are purchasing these at the time of booking as well as any booking fees that may be applicable to your itinerary, these are conditions enforced by the airlines and our insurance provider. All other components of your booking such as your accommodation, airport transfers and car hire will be covered by your £10 deposit.
When will I be expected to pay the balance?
The remainder of your balance will be due 4 weeks before you travel. Your card details will be securely stored by our payment provider and we will attempt to automatically process a payment for the balance 4 weeks before you travel, please ensure you have the funds available for this transaction to complete or you may be required to pay a late payment charge.If you wish to pay the balance before this you can do so from the 'Manage my booking' area of the website.
Will I be affected by price changes?
No. When you pay your £10 deposit you are securing your booking at that price, any changes will not have an effect on your final balance.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking as per our
Amended Agency Terms of Business. If you have paid £10 as your deposit then a further payment will be taken equating to 20% of your accommodation value in line with our cancellation policy
