Stayed for 4 days, (3 adults) probably one of the best hotels to stay at in Lanszarote. Hotel very spacious, and the reception/lobby area was very inviting and exceptionally clean throughout the hotel and the staff were lovely and friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels distributed each day in your room. Its close to the airport and a taxi ride away from the old town. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in Lanszarote and if you have kids its the ideal hotel, there is plenty of activities to keep them occupied throughout the day.

Relaxing week in Lanzarote

We stayed in the hotel for one week in April 2008 and it really was one of the most relaxing weeks I have ever had. The hotel is beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The staff are wonderfully helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is incredible - I put on a couple of pounds at least, the choice is endless. I have no problem recommending this hotel to holidaymakers of all ages.

Review of 'LOS JAMEOS PLAYA'

We haved stayed in Los Yameos Playa on a number of occasions in the past.

We always enjoy our stay but were disappointed this time due to cutbacks in the quality and variety of food in the Resturant
and the reduced number of staff.
The staff who are left work very hard but are trying to do an impossible job.

We are told by the Management that the cuttbacks are due to financial losses and they have to take steps to rectify the situation.

We believe they have gone too far and met a number of other dissatisfied guests who feel the same.

Very good hotel.
Excellent facilities.
Rooms are a good size, very large balconies
Very well kept and really clean
Food is the best part - its really really good, and always well presented.
Several pools - two large onee, one is heated, other not but still okay if weather is good.
Kiddies pool next to the kids mini club rook and playground.
Good facilities overall, plenty for adults and kids. Tennis, archery, mini golf, chess,  etc...
Location is excellent for families, about 2km for the main town of Puerto Del Carmen, (3 Euro in taxi) its situated on the main beach at Los Picollos, very good location, 5 mins from airport but no aircraft noise.
Staff very good too.
Hotel guests mostly German, English, Irish, Spanish and Italian.
The usual towel on a bench brigade, but there s plenty to go around.

Overall, very good for a relaxing break. Would certainly go back.
