What our customers say
Not a lot of positive things I can say about this hotel. We went all inclusive in June for a week but ended up buying our dinners in others places as the food was bloody awful.
The breakfast was basic with stale rolls and greasy fried food along with chips..for breakfast!
Lunch and evening meal were just as bad with little or no difference in the choices each day. The restaurant did not have enough spaces for everyone who wanted to eat and people were forced to wait to eat the meals that they had already paid for. If the chef didn't cut the meat properly then she ripped it of by tongs..not exactly Gordon Ramsey.
You had to buy the TV channels, hire the kettle flex and the beds were never changed in the 7 days we stayed there.
The pool area although clean and tidy was very small for the amount of guests the hotel had staying and the music around the pool was in braile.
The hotel stated that snacks were available all day...that's great if you want chips, the sausages from breakfast or ice cream because that it all it served.
Now for the best part of the review, the Thomas Cook Reps. I realise that it is a difficult job but Simon is just a twat in trousers. He was queen bee and at 39 needs to think about his career direction. They provided the so called entertainment in the evening. For adults I don't think a parrot show, paper aeroplane making cuts its!
The hotel claimed to have a Gym but the only Gym I saw was Jim was was sunbathing.
I would not board my dog at this hotel so the choice is yours..deal or no deal.
