Very clean but has obviously been abused in the past. Excellent location for the beach and town, but at the same time relatively quiet. The pool was really too cold to use at the time we went, but was clean and surrounding areas also spotless.
The only downside was 1 cockroach and a few ants, and a burst boiler which flooded part of the apartment at 3am New Years Day, however help was on hand from adjoining apartments to locate the stop cock, but we were left to clear up the flood. The boiler was fixed early the next morning. We paid for budget and got what we paid for.
