Surpassed all expections

We booked last minute and took what was on offer, so we didn't know what to expect. On arrival we couldn't believe our luck, the room was clean, spacious and each room of the hotel over looked the pool, we could even see the sea from our terrace. The hotel staff were friendly and ameniable, the cleanliness was kept to a high standard and as budget hotels go it was brilliant!! This is a volcanic island so inclines are to be expected, taxis are cheap if you are not up to walking.

Good budget Hotel

The rooms are clean, spacious, but a bit dated and cockroach free. The maid cleans 5 days out of the 7, your bins are empted daily. The Staff were polite and helpful.
We stayed in "B" block, which was next to the road, a little road noise in the early hours !!
But a good budget Hotel a little off the beaten track (15 min walk into the centre ).

Just returned from los alisios and we had a very nice time. It is traditional setting and beautiful gardens surrounding the pool. Most apartments face the pool and ours was very big and had the unmentioned bonus of a tv. Pool very clean, staff at the hotel where really lovely. Beds made every day. Quiet as kids have gone back to school so no fighting for sun beds around the pool. Only negative - at the top of hill no matter which way you approach it - need taxi to get from beach or town. Taxi's very cheap so not too negative.

the hotal is basic but its a good base for staying at. it was very spacious for just me and my partner had lovely views from the balcony was in quiet location not too far from the beach and the town. the staff were brillant very friendly and helpful. the apartment was cleaned every day to a great standard. i would definitely go back there again - we had a brilliant holiday there.

Pool was clean. Staff were polite, and helpful, especially reception. br />
rooms were clean and cockroach free - maid cleans daily - very friendly. Rooms were basic but had everything you need for self catering. Living room was huge. Nice view, good location, two supermarkets near by, chemist only 5min walk (with emergency room). plenty of places to eat if you don't want to cook.
would recommend as is good value for money especially for couples. not really a family hotel - no 'kids' facilities (apart from paddling pool) could be seen.

Lovely large appartments, clean and comfortable. The only down side was there was no daytime entertainment on due to entertainment team leaving so the kids were a bit bored during the day. All in all though really enjoyed our stay.

THE APARTMENTS WERE VERY CLEAN AND VERY SPACIOUS
EVERYONE CONNECTED WITH THE HOTEL WAS VERY FRIENDLEY AND HELPFUL ESPECIALLY ON RECEPTION.
WOULD DEFINETLEY RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS
THE ONLY DOWNFALL WAS IT WAS UP A BIG HILL AND TOOK ABOUT 30 MUINITES TO WALK BACK FROM THE BEACH
WE HAD A LOVLEY HOILDAY AND WOULD GO BACK THERE AGAIN

Apartment was clean and really roomy, with a maid service daily. The pool and bar area were clean and well looked after. Is on a hill which tired the kids out. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here, its only a 10 min walk to the seafront and everything is in walking distance. Would go back again.

WE HAVE STAYED THERE BEFORE THE HOTEL IS IDEAL FOR OUR NEEDS. ITS VERY CLEAN AND IDEALLY LOCATED FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT A HASSLE FREE HOLIDAY. ITS ONLY 10 MINS WALK DOWN TO THE BEACH BUT BE WARNED ITS A STEEP HILL COMING BACK YOU MAY PREFER A TAXI FOR ABOUT 4 EUROS

Visited los cristianos a couple of years ago and decided to stay in the los alisos, very enjoable stay with plently of facilaties to make it a hotel I would stay with again. Friendly staff are their to point you in the right direction. A hotel I would recomend.

It was our first time staying at Los Alisios and we found it to be very spacious and clean.
The pool area was a hit with our teenage kids but did'nt get to have a swim in the pool because of the amount of inflatables in there.
We found the only down thing about the appt was the awfull smell in the bathroom wich was present the whole time!
We will deffinatly use this accomadation again as it makes a great base to holiday from.

The apartments were fantastic in every aspect. They were clean confortable, spacious and located in an area which was great for getting around. The bus station was just down the hill where you could get the bus to the beach and other resorts and Aqualand. We were quite worried at first as we didn't arrange any transfers from the airport and when we got to the airport it was so easy. We found out the 487 bus would take us to Los Christianos and we were there within 15 minutes and actually saw the apartments on the way down so we knew exactly where to get off and where to go from there. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and pleasant and you are pretty much left alone to get on with your holiday. The pool and gardens were maintained beautifully and it was good to see that the childrens part of the pool had been sectioned off. If I go back to Tenerife again I will not hesitate in going back to the Los Alisios Apartments as they were great value for money and very comfortable. Excellent 5 out of 5 from us.

very pleasent, very freindly staff - reception 24 hours and spoke great english. good 10-15 min walk into the centre but as others has said taxi is only 3 euro to get back ( loads of taxis near the church )
this is a basic appartment. but is more than good enough for a base to explore los cristianos and playa las americas...
I would happily return in the future

I made lots of friends and had a great time every night in the disco playing bingo, karaoke and pool! We also did a show were we danced to grease and it was amazing!!!!! I loved having the woman called Jenny who was the adult who looked after all the kids and kept them entertained as i am only 13 it was great !!!!

just come back from a week at the los alisios apartments, had a lovely time staff were very friendly, especially ricardo (pool bar) and Dave and Shian in the tropical bar. good entertainment in the evenings, rooms very spacious but could do with a freshen up, they are a bit tired looking, but clean. about a 10min walk to the beach, bit of a hill on the way back but a taxi only
costs about 2 euros. would definitely go back again.

We all enjoyed our stay at this apartment, they were all clean and just what you need from a holiday apartment. The activities during the day kept the kids and the adults entertained, and the staff were all really helpful and friendly right from the moment we got there. All in all it was a good hotel and very good holiday.

The hotel was clean and spacious with the rooms having a nice breakfast bar & kitchen area. The apartment had the cleanest fridge I've ever seen in a hotel room! It is at the top of a steep hill though so not ideal for children or elderly unless you don't mind paying for cabs to and fro. The shop there is pricey, as is the restaurant/snack bar. The staff were pleasant and there was a really good selection of tourist information at reception. We didn't see any hotel entertainment, there wasn't any on offer when we went so couldn't comment on that aspect of the stay.
There was a new hotel being built along side so the noise of the JCB's at 0900 was a little harsh but it was more bearable after the third morning.......
If you book excursions via the tourist shops make sure they definitely know the hotel, we were left on a few early mornings waiting for a coach to pick us up and it never happened. You also lose your deposit on these trips, which was very frustrating.
Despite the hill and the building works the hotel was very good and we would go back there again.

It was our first time in tenerefe we had a good holiday but we was not impressed with los alisios at all. When we first arrived i was amased to see all the towels on sun beds. We didn't get to use a sun bed till we was due to go home - bar snacks and drinks very pricey, entertament was good. I found it disgusting to pay a deposit of 30 euros to hire a toaster. All i can say is we won't be visiting los alisios again.

Los Allisios appartments is perfect for a big family because the accomodation is very spacious and clean. It was the biggest appartment I have ever stayed in. the only problem is, the appartments are situated on the top of quite a big hill. other than that I would recomend Los Alisios to anyone!!!
