Our Logos experience

We stayed at the Logos Hotel early March 2008. We are two mature couples and all agreed that the Logos offered good value for money. The breakfast selections was very good and the restaurant was clean, as were our bedrooms. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the main square. If we were visiting Krakow again, we would book here. However, if you use the suana there is a charge of 25zl each,we thought this was a free facility it had not been made clear there was a charge made.

Centrally located hotel with easy walking access to city centre. Staff can appear a little "stiff" but are helpful and courteous. Rooms were exceptionally clean and meticulously made up. Breakfast (continental)was freshly displayed and well presented. I have stayed in worse 4 star British hotels.

The hotel was in a great spot it was about 5 mins walk from the bars and main square yet at the same time was on a quiet street. the hotel its self was very clean and tidy. The food was fanastic in the hotel resturant and very well priced. I would recommend this hotel and would stay in it again.

This hotel is in a good location in quiet street only 5mins walk from main square. Room much smaller than discribed but clean and well maintained. Breakfast ok. Give the bar a miss easier to walk round corner . lots of places to eat and drink . Easier to contact hotel direct to arrange taxi transfer from airport 70zst or £12 . Staff only spoke when spoken to not the friendliest .

My friends and I had a great time in Krakow and this was made all the more enjoyable by the service we received from everyone at Logos. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great shower. the food was A1 and they even booked our taxi's and the trip to Auschwitz for us. I will be returning to Krakow and there will be only one place to stay. Thank you everyone at LOGOS. Alpharooms were excellent in booking everything, A1 service all round.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location just 5 minutes from the old town, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It is also one of the pick up points for organised tours to Auschwitz and the Wieliczka salt mines if you choose to do it this way.
The reception staff were very friendly, spoke good english and were happy to answer any questions we had. Having been to several former eastern block countries where the hotel staff seemed to try and avoid communication this was a welcome relief.
The rooms were tidy and functional and as we only intended using them for sleeping were perfectly adequate. The maid visited every day to tidy and replenish shampoo's and complementary mineral water etc.
The breakfast was good with plenty of choice to suit all tastes although I would have liked to see a bit of variety perhaps scrambled eggs some days instead of the ubiquitous hard boiled ones.
Overall I would use this hotel again because it is relatively cheap and was in a very convenient location for sightseeing around town and going out in the evening.
