We stayed at the Lindner Grand Beau Rivage for 3 night in October 2007. The hotel is very beautiful and the main foyer certainly makes a great first impression when you enter. The staff are very professional and friendly and all speak English, which is very helpful for the non-Swiss traveller..
The room are nice - clean and tidy with comfortable beds and lots of room in the bathroom.
Breakfast is fantastic. A great selection including very tasty scrambled eggs and other hot choices, fruit, cheese, cold meats, cereals, fruit, fresh crusty bread that you cut yourself, and a juicing machine that allows us to squeeze fresh orange juice. Yum!!
We borrowed a couple of bikes from the hotel (free of charge) and took advantage of the tracks and paths down by the lakes. A nice way to see the countryside and fill an afternoon.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we return to Interlaken.
