I only give 2*for comfort because the air conditioning (an old system) was working only btw 12.00 - 22.00. We slept with open windows, but in the morning the room was really unbearable and across the street it was a new construction site (noise and dust).
Otherwise, the room was large, with a terrase. Furniture and shower facilities were outdated, but the beds had new matresses and it was clean.
Breakfast was basic (no buffet).
Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Good value for the price, very clean! But from about 8am a terrible noise starts, like a generator? Breakfast basic but OK, would book a room again as long as it is far away from the noise.

Couldn't have asked for more from the Leuka - spotlessly clean room, staff friendly, breakfast spot on - cafeteria/bar excellent for late drinks at very cheap prices.
Excellent hotel at any price but at the price we paid unbelievable.

Just returned from 8 night stay and can say that Leuka is a clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is basic but adequate, most staff very helpful. Situated within easy reach of town, beach, train, tram and bus station. Would have liked tea making facilities in room. Would consider staying another time.

just got back found it just like the others said, but if like use want a tea or coffe early in the morning we take our on kettle, problem they keep on blowing the fuse so we had to use the one on the landing just outside the room, but it did not spoil the days we were there, breakfast is very simple, staff are very plesant so are the staff in restrant, you can also get a bus to benidorm for 7.50 euros return each. Would use this hotel again.

Review of 'LEUKA'

The Leuka is located close to the Plaza Luceros (the stop for the airport bus, which costs 1 Euro) and within easy walking distance of the old town, beach, castle, bus and railway stations. Accomodation is fairly basic but comfortable, staff friendly (the chambermaid gave us additional blankets without being asked), breakfast simple but good (freshly squeezed orange juice). We would certainly stay there again.

Review of 'LEUKA'

Stayed for 5 nights in late January. No hassle check-in or check-out. Clean tidy bedroom with en suite bathroom and veranda. All towels changed every day. Continental Breakfast served by friendly, helpful staff. Location....10 minute walk to main line train station....20 minute walk to sea front and Tram station. Hotel good basic. At the price...no reason for complaints. Probably not suitable for a sun / beach holiday in the summer. We wouldn't hesitate to use the Leuka again.
