Our room was tiny,not especially clean, and looked out onto a grimy courtyard. There was no doorman or bellhop to help with luggage and taxis. We asked for a better room but were told that we would have to pay a supplement despite having noted on Le Parker Meridian website shortly before our check-in that they had parkview rooms available for that night. The two restaurants at the hotel were excellent, really good food and service. The location of the hotel is very good. If you decide to stay there make sure you don't get room #827!
