The romantic setting, attractive quality furnishings and the most welcoming hosts have led Le Chiuse to be a most sought after location for a perfect holiday. Guests return again and again. Originally a farm dwelling, it is now three houses with independent entrances and there is a self contained cottage. Poised on the brow of a hill, it overlooks an exceptional vista. The swimming pool has been tastefully laid to the side of the building so the views from the houses are uninterrupted. The bar and shop in the tiny village of Moncioni are within walking distance, whilst the large market town of Montevarchi is seven kilometres away, in the centre of the triangle between Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Here there is a railway station and access to the Autostrada. Alternatively, the quieter country routes offer much in scenery and character villages. Casa Azzurra sleeps four people within two bedrooms and comprises of a sitting room with open fireplace, kitchen area with hob and fridge, two double bedded rooms and a shower room with WC, etc. Please note the swimming pool is open between 15th May and 30th September (weather permitting) and there is a final cleaning charge of Euro 40, which is payable locally (not valid for 2008) A security deposit of 155 euro is required and should be paid locally, central heating charges will be applied. A communal washing machine is available at 3 euro per load.
