The Las Colinas Apartments are situated in the higher area of Costa Teguise, some two kilometres from the resort centre on the North East coast of Lanzarote, just 200 m from the Aquapark and 2 km from the aquarium. The Las Colinas Apartments which were built in 2004, comprise 48 one bedroom apartments (70 m²) and studios (55 m²) all of which feature a private bathroom/shower, a kitchen and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television (payable locally), a telephone, toaster, fridge, kettle and a rental safety deposit box. Other facilities at Las Colinas include a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, a bar, laundry facilities, internet access and a courtesy bus to the resort centre and beaches.

Great apartments, lovely setting, spotless apartments and friendly staff.
Very tranquil and peaceful.
Would certainly stay again.
Found a complete "gem" of a restaurant just five minutes away - turn right out of Las Colinas walk down the road and turn left at the street with the phone box at the end. Two minutes along the street and you will find tucked away a beautiful little palce called "Delicious" which is, well, simply, DELICIOUS. A selction of beautiful tapas and fine wine - A MUST
