The Baumwiese is one of the most traditional and well known Gasthäuser in Dresden. Already in July 1679 it was privileged to sell Dresden beers and wines. 1995 the »Baumwiese« was completly renovated. Today it raises beyond it's baroque façades as a historic »Gasthaus« offering the regional cuisine of Saxonia and Swabia. In a corresponding contrast – the hotel: Individual designed rooms, furnished with berch woods, cobalt blue fabrics in the living area and black marble in the bath rooms.
