Stayed for a week, a little bit out of the way but taxi's outside so that was ok, first room they offered us had mould every where, did give us a better room, bed was really uncomfortable, never any hot water for a shower had to suffer cold showers. The outside is really nice but they need to sort the bedrooms out!! Had a great time with my favourite Aunt and Uncle though and Tenerife is tops.

Stayed in the Laguna Park 2 for a week. I was staying alone as my family came from ireland on a package deal and were staying in the centre. Overall the facilities were good but basic. In my room (a studio) the bathroom was the worst part, the bath was rusty all around the tap area and the paint was striping off the ceilings. As everyone has said there was hardly any hot water no matter what time of the day and I was only one person!! The kitchenette was basic but I didn't use it. The room smelt damp andIi got the impression the beds were damp also. My towels were only changed once but I didnt mind. The pool etc is great and is a selling factor (pity its salt water) but it is slightly heated too so what harm! I had b&b but i found that the breakfast was weak enough to be honest and being a coffee lover I was disgusted by the muddy water that came from the machine! Lets just say i only got up twice!i Found it was better to walk down town for a brekkie where you can get an english/irish for as little as €2.40! I also found the entertainment (even though I only popped in late at night for a quick one before bed) painfully cringeworthy karaoke etc. The other thing is the location of the complex. It is so far from the centre of las americas the "free bus"-which actually costs €1 just leaves you at the bottom of the hill. I spent over 100 quid on taxi´s for the week. My own fault I know but I wasn't bothered walking down/up the hill. If the complex was central i´d defo recommend it but overall I suppose I has a nice time there but would look more central the next time.
