Hotel was in the middle of nowhere.Hotel was nice and clean and most of the staff were friendly. The food was adequate if you liked it covered in oil ,it should have been a time to relax and enjoy your meal but unfortunately the staff hovered over your table ready to swipe your plate away before even finishing sometimes, not good customer service. The local restuarants were wonderful, you were left in peace to enjoy your meal and you were not hurried..The entertainment rivelled something out of the chuckle brothers comeback, out of a full week there was only two decent show on and they only lasted for an hour an evening. The first choice staff were disinterested with holiday makers unless you were spending money on the overpriced trips that could be attained from the local town for half the price. The highlight of the week would have to have been the weather which was wonderful considering the time of the year. Would we go back YES if only for the beaches which were spectacular, clean and tidy. Would we use first choice again definately NOT.

we stayed here in june-july o8 it was brill were goin back again next year.our 3 year old son n 1 year old daughter had a fab time............theirs something 4 everyone u wont be disappointed...theres plenty 4 all the rooms are kept really clean n the staff are really good if you need anything...

We stayed in this hotel in july 2008 , It was the best holiday i've ever been on.
The rooms were kept quite clean , I would highly recomend this hotel to stay at. The pools were very clean and well looked after. The staff were very helpful and polite. The entertainment was very good.

Stayed in the lagotel august 2007, went with my mum and my three kids, and it was the best holiday i have ever been on, d kids were kept entertained the whole holiday, there was so much for them to do, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel was great, goin back again in july, this time im bringing my husband and kids, my mum and dad and my friend and his two kids, i would highly recommend this hotel and resort if your looking for a really enjoyable holiday.

This hotel was amazing I was so against going home. In the morning there was a breakfast buffet, the food range was lovely. Shopping was good lots of places for tourists. The pools were cold but once you got in you were fine! At night you had your tea buffet and then tasty pudding. The waiters and staff were always helping you. At night there was bingo in the bar and then a show! I won the bingo 215 euros but another girl shouted and so we halfed it and then i halfed it with my mum. Then there was a show, every night they were great!! I would love to go back as it was an amazing holiday!!

Hi im a child just turned 11 and we went there in may 2007. This hotel sattisfied all our needs!. my mum is divorced so it was just me my mum and my brother. there was a supermarket right next to the hotel,And wow 6 pools!. the beach was 5 minutes walk from the hotel . when you are on the bus from the airport palma it is a long journey and you think omg what a rough dirty place . but when you get there you suddenley arrive in a very clean gorgeouse part of spain!. the food was really nice there was lots of options you could just go up and get anything you want . there is always something to do for the kids and bingo . My brother nagged all the way through the holiday but when it come to the end he wouldnt go!. There is kids clubs and a lovely park for them to play in. The beach is beatiful it has gorgeouse blue sea and its just pure sand . Oh yeagh take viteamen e tablets and plenty of mozzie spray because that helps prevent them from biting!. 10/10! ..xx..

the family stayed at the hotel 2005 and 2007 we have two teenagers they had plenty to do great food great staff and fantastic weather. 6 pools plenty activitys and this year we have a appartment more room.the entertainment is first class. the bar and hotel staff are always there to help and the little bus is just great to get down to the beech or to the shops. just remember in july/august take the mozzy spray.

Went to this hotel last year, was a great buzz altogether, nice and clean, decent food, great pools, 6 man! 6 Pools! Deadly!!
Alcudia is lovely, will be goin back very shortly.

my family went to this hotel in may this year, and it was fantastic, we are going back in may next year. the staff and the locals are very friendly, the hotel should be 5star not a 3 star.

The Appartments were 1st class,the reps great,the bar staff excellent,entertainment has room for improvement but ok,great that entertainment finished at midnight,great pools and activities,easy access to beach,town,restaurants(try Elisa)bars etc.As a family it was our 1st time abroad and we would certainly go to Lagotel again,in fact maybe nexy year.We just arrived back on the 8th July 2006 after 2 weeks of glorious weather in a 5 star accomodation!!!! Oh and make sure you go see the Prate Show in Magaluf,Wonderfil perfomance despite me havin a rubbish seat.

we just got back fom 7 days in this hotel and it was not enough time time to enjoy it,Lagotel is a good hotel with excellent facilities,great food,pools and clean rooms etc.the only problem was the mosquitos,me and my family (there was a group of 21 of us,all got bitten lot of times but this was the only problem with this holiday.

When I went to lagotel last year I was impressed.The food was good.The rooms are always clean.The pools were great.And the staff were friendly.I'm going again his year and can't wait.

Best holiday we've ever been on... Great for familes, couples, old and young... Staff are friendly, entertainmant team where excellent, So much so i even joined in on stage..!! Food was spot on... Rooms were nice and clean with plenty of room... five very nice pools to choose from... 10 min walk from beach, 5 min walk from shops and bars...(cheers bar was great with friendly staff fun for all the family...) we enjoyed the holiday so much we are going back next year...

this hotel is great, when we arrived at 12.30am we were told that a "snack" had been left out for us in the diningroom. This consisted of all the normal spainsh things like rice, meat, salad, bread. it was most welcome. the room was perfect always kept clean with fresh towels every day if you wanted them (just throw them on the floor) the beds were changed mid stay. everyone is catered for food wise, buffet style, breakfast you could have full english, all the fruit you can think of, meats and bread, cereal etc. evening meal was spanish style with salads etc to full roast dinner, and kids are well catered for they could even have cereal for tea.
The evening entainment starts with an half hour disco for the kids with dino (my daugther loved him)followed by bingo then the act of the night. the waiters in the bar are so friendly, they never past the kids without having a jig and a chat.
the only drawback we found was that it is abit far out when going on organised trips. but the friendly staff more than make up for it. we will be going again next year

The Hotel was very nice and in a pretty good location, 10mins walk from the beach. 5 mins from shops and good pubs ( Try "Cheers" bar) the staff were really good and very polite and spoke good English. The waiters in the hotel were really good in the evening. The swimming pools were absolutely fantastic, and the weather was great in mid/late July. The entertainment in the evening was a bit naff though but my 8 year old son seemed to enjoy it. The local pubs have fun and games in the night time so this is not a problem though.

Im Like 13 Years Old And I Think Lagotel Is The Best Hotel In The World, I Went In 1998 When I Was 6 And In 2001 When I Was 9 And May Be Going Again In August, But I Thought It Was 10 Out Of 10, Nice Pools, Good Things To Do, Hydroland Close, Wonderful Place All The Clubs And Places To Go. This Hotel Shouldn't Just Be *3*Star* This Hotel Should Be *5*Star*. :D

lagotel was the best holiday i have ever been on , i would recommend it to any one , families , youngsters , everyone would enjoy lagotel. the food was outstanding , the location was amazing, and the pools , beaches and resort itself was well stunning!
I have been there 3 times and i am going there my 4th time this year in august , i have always come back with a fab tan!

We loved our lasttwo holidays here, we are booked to go again in August. It was ideal for us as we have two small children 7 + 3
and they loved the pools and mini disco, entertainment at night was just right and have recommended to anyone with a young familt to entertain. Food was buffet style and good choice, children mainly had basic food, but this suited our two. Very friendly staff and the rooms were clean and good size, what more could you want. Great Holiday.
