was very impressed with this hotel,standard room was very roomy ,clean and had a spacious balcony,really didn't expect that for the price i paid.it's a bit out,but taxis are plentiful and a ten minute walk brings you to the tram which is only three stops from the centre..highly recommended...one negative,beakfast room is tiny and expect only light continental breakfast
