Just read the review by Denise. We have stayed at the La Perla twice, and found it very acceptable for what we paid. Yes the rooms are not up to 5* standard but neither is the price, As for all inclusive we have had many all inclusive holidays, one in sharm at Naq bay, but everytime you have to carefully read the small print to see what you are getting. All inclusive does not generally mean what you want at any time but you are paying for a defined service so check the brochure. We have turned down very cheap all inclusive deals for the reasons Denise has found. As for the La Perla we have stayed B & B and half board and although the food was simple and moorish (no fish and chips or pie and peas) it was very tasty and well prepared. We did not get any upset stomachs unlike the 5* all inclusive at Naq bay where we all went down through under cooked food. The rooms are dated but as Denise says clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant and always willing to talk, wanting to improve their english. As for foreign people in the hotel, Durrr are not the nglish in Egypt foreigners? Sorry but I think Denise should go back to holidaying in somewhere more appropriatley exotic, like Benidorm.
