June 15-18-08. My boyfriend and I stayed at la Fonda apartments this week. It was very clean and had all mod cons, cooker, microwave, fridge etc. The square is fantastic day or ngiht and is an ideal place to eat and watch the world go by. The main strip is only a 10 minute bus ride away and only costs 1 euro 20cents. There you can find the hustle and bustle of night life restaurants and clubs of all sorts of ages and everyones taste. If you stay here you have to go to Legends bar. over the road from the bus stop after the roundabout with the windmills on it. An also "must see" is the animal park about 5 mins walk from the roundabout. lovely place, lovely people a dfintite return visit will be planned soon. Oh and if you miss the last bus a taxi costs about 6-8 euros. well worth a visit. Julie & Tony Liverpool. 10/10 for us.
