Nice clean basic hotel. Towels changed and maid service daily. Mini bar, foreign TV channels.
However!! Upon arrival we were given a room on the 8th floor which wasn't safe with two children aged 8 & 5. There was one double bed in the room for the four of us. Naturally, we complained and we were then moved to the 2nd floor with a double bed and a bed settee. Better. But explaining our situation to hotel staff, only two of whom spoke English was difficult.
Next disappointment was the pool. Description states there is a pool for the relaxtion of guests. What it doesn't tell you is that the pool is only open mid-June to mid-September so it was difficult to please the kids once they knew they wouldn't be splashing around with their pool toys!
Although it was a pleasant hotel, it was basically a business hotel. Lots of men in suits and laptops. Not a holiday hotel. Wouldn't visit again. The tram ride to Benidorm is long and ardious, with a change in trams mid-way and sometimes a 25 minute wait for the connecting tram. No, never again!!
