Very Small Compact Rooms

The hotel was clean but I had a double room which was very small. THe 'free' wi-fi' was terrible in availability and on my visit I was on the very top floor without a working lift. On a positive note the staff were friendly but at the price there is definitely better places to stay in london.

Small rooms, but very cosy and clean. In a very nice area and accessible by tube and bus. The only problem, the elevator wasn't working while we were there. We recommend it!!!

Good value for money

The Kensington West is a nice clean hotel easily accessed by the Underground. Rooms are tiny but OK and the staff is friendly. Lots of eating places near by.
